At the end of the day, build a frickin solid product and get traction through positive word of mouth, and not this stupid growth hacking shit. Stop wasting everyone’s time with your tricks.
In case you need some background. SpringSled launched with nothing but a page claiming its the “easiest” project management solution, and required people to Tweet to get on the waiting list, and boy did everyone tweet.
Only problem. It’s a shitty product that was thrown together in a weekend. The owners should’ve canned the product and sold the list to a spammer.
