Not sure if you are looking for names, but generically, hobby investors. They drag their feet, invest small sums of money, and kill you with dilligence.

Definitly hobby and foreign investors, culture clash is tough I once had a Syrian chase a friends car and jump up and down on the hood.
A yeam of Armenian brothers ALMOST invested but I was able to say no in time. There are several investor blacklists forming on the net google it and see what pops up.
