Where do I find a trusted advisor and how do I protect my idea?

In my last journey, really found that there are no such people as trusted advisors. Startup ideas take a long time to mature and most of the “trusted advisors” disappear to other short term immediate money fetching ventures. I even had one saying “we are not ready for him as a startup”. I was screaming inside, “hello, you should help us now - not when we have matured as a startup” . You should start with interviewing potential customers/prospects. Do not rely on “middleware-advisors” Hardest lesson I learnt— talk to only direct potential customers. Good luck
