We launched a beta version of our SaaS app before the build-out was complete. Now, we are scrambling to complete the build, while struggling to take on new responsibilities in tech support and sales. Plus, we now have marketing and advertising fees to pay and will likely run out of money in less than a year unless revenue picks up. Advice needed.

This is normal. If you prioritize intelligently you'll make it through.

If it's a free beta, start charging for exclusive, stable product features for the premium users.

Cutting expenses can work too. Can you relocate somewhere cheaper?
