Let’s say — I plan 15 minute shut down of the brain (around 3 pm) everyday – This can take me to 1 a.m. working each night. Where as if I don’t do this , I’m not as creative or effective around 7 or 8pm. Some experts say, “power naps” are not good for us. Your thoughts?

Power naps rock. It works for me. Just keep 'em short. Helps you hit it hard later in the day
