Are you a mindful / meditative entrepreneur?

Medidation is an exercise that helps strengthen the mental faculties.  It’s hard to consistently set aside 30 minutes to meditate.  However, I’ve found the benefits in doing so worthwhile.  Calming the mind and releasing unwanted thoughts is a great stress management technique.

Are you practicing?  Please share your experiences.

Wow, this is a good question. I am not and have never considered it. I do exercise daily, though, which has some commonalities.

It absolutely has commonalities. Running can be very meditative if you choose to run without headphones and if you bring yourself to the moment and your breathing.

In fact, meditation is another form of exercise-- but for the mind. Every time you bring yourself back to the breath and away from fleeting ideas, it's a repetition. The more you do it, the stronger you get.

I was, and need to get back into it. I found meditating with the help to Calm.com or their Take A Break app the best for me.

Recently I'm finding myself getting very stressed and I think I'm long overdue on some regular meditation.

There's a plethora of free meditation apps for the phone. You can schedule a series of gongs in the app to help bring you back into the moment.
