I would love to find out best countries to incorporate your company with cost and reasons why?

Doing research on that right now. My store is in the US so we're incorporating there regardless (Nevada or Wyoming).

As for countries, I last checked on China, Hong Kong (special region), and Singapore because I'm in Asia. I think Hong Kong wins especially if you want to run your business elsewhere. Tax rate is good and you're only taxed if you earn money from Hong Kong. As for Singapore, the startup community is thriving there and there's a lot of government support. Tax rate is comparable.
