I've been trying web scraping, asking friends/family, and finding some leads on Twitter. How else have you guys been going about doing it?

I don't have any problem finding leads at all, it's mostly word of mouth. I've done a little FB advertising, that's worked really well.
I also put up a few flyers, and sent out some emails.
This got me to about 80 or so customers in a few months.
I've actually had a lot of great success just looking at customers for competitors and going after them personally, perhaps with coupons or even direct emails.
I found FB Groups have been an excellent source for me. I found some good groups and posted what I was doing but didn't do any repeat spamming to annoy people.
