I have a great product but I don’t have to financial ability to launch or run a pilot project.
I don’t know whether to approach investors because I feel they would want to see some traction at least, which I don’t have.
Is there anyway to convince them without having launched?
I was able to raise around $450k in institutional funding, and got another $600k in debt funding to launch my pre-revenue company. If you already have a product, why not go out and get some customers or pre-orders?
Having as much in place as possible, to where the only thing left is the money to execute helps.
At the end of the day though, you have to get someone with money to invest to trust you. From there, you can sell the idea.
