What DRIVES you most?

What drives you as an entrepreneur?

I am unhappy with the world I live in and choose to be the change I wish to see in it.  I may be delusional, but I truly believe that I can make things better for many — Wanting a better world and putting myself on the front line to make it so.

I don't like being irrelevant. I mean, I'm not after attention or any of that, but I don't want to be 80 and feel I didn't do anything with my life. Starting a company is a good way to get started. If I can, later in life I might go into politics too, but for the time being creating a great company I can be proud of, hiring people, and making a difference is what really drives me.

Success. Money is great and it's usually a byproduct of success, but that feeling you get when you see something come to fruition after you've worked so incredibly hard to build your business just cannot be beat. Nothing even comes close.

I'm excited about succeeding at something that hasn't been achieved before, the difficulty we're addressing is sidestepped by the big players in the market and if we get it right we'll have capitalised on their weakness.

My career jobs have allowed to collect experience and a skilset that's perfect for what I want to achieve with my company -make a great useful product and build a company with a culture that is healthy for everyone to thrive in.
