We have our roles clearly defined for the development of our startup. We just launched our pilot but my partner’s products are not working. Mine is flawless. He is being defensive. We don’t have a contract in place yet. We should have them signed this week or next.
He is being defensive about his work and does not take my advice on programming tips/errors I point out. We have to have a 5 minute argument of him saying he is 100% sure he is right until he finally listens enough to say “oops i forgot” for every single thing.
What should I do? What should the contract say? We are split on equity right now and if this pilot goes well we should be getting a nice sum. Nothing is on paper right now but we do have a company. My priority is in a successful pilot and getting $$.
