2 out of 3 co-founders had a bitter fight, after which investors stepped in and made everyone work together again. Office atmosphere is awkward and relationships are strained. Will this cause more harm in the future? Should I cut my losses and leave if I am not passionate about the tech product anymore?

Yes, leave!
I stayed and it was an awful experience. The problematic founder was really arrogant but the major shareholder.
I had a good exit after some years, but had to buy out the founder and was a troublesome experience. I was totally burn out during the startup and after the exit.
Absolutely leave. Founder disagreements so early are 100% company killer.
