Applying to European Accelerators as a Delware C. corp

We’re completely new to this. A two people SAAS web app from asia. We started about two and a half months back and have a prototype up and running. Doing trial runs with users these days.

We’ve been applying to European acceletors and got picked up for a few. We’re considering taking up one of the accelerators, but it seems they mandate that we incorporate there (It’s in Germany). However we are keen on setting up a Delaware Corp and going in with that, so that further rounds are not a hassle.

Anyone know how it works with acclerators like these? Would they be able to pick up equity in an entity incorporated elsewhere?

In all likelihood you'll have to choose between EU and US investors. Raising money in silicon valley will be more complicated if you have a German GmbH, because it's unknown and scary. With every choice you make you cut off other options. So choose wisely.
