Apparently, there was a LOT of drama at the end of the accelerator. I found out from the designers that files for our product/landing page/etc are being withheld from us. They are a GAN accelerator, and I’m wondering if I should report them. There was so much fucked up about this past season, that I’m just willing to nuke bridges at this point.

They took 5-10% of your company, right? What would be the damage for reporting them to GAN?

Of course you should report them; pressure from GAN might be the only way to get your stuff back.
If you really wanna go nuclear, get legal consultation from a recommended lawyer with plenty startup experience and ask best ways to cut them off (dilute their shares to nothing, if you have more funds then return their funding and bounce them off your cap table, use their bad behavior reason to break your contract, dissolve the co. and restart, etc).
