I'd say you're minting it. If your site conversion is 10% without assists (live chat, email, et al) that's quite good.
In general, eCommerce conversion is 1-5%.

Don't call bullshit, it is possible on the first days. If the product is really new and interesting, or if the price is exceptionally low, you will grab immediately people having set a google search alert on such product, which gives high conversion rates. Second, those numbers are not statistically significants. Conversion rate may change dramatically in a very short time.

Don't compare conversion rates. It's highly depending of what product you've got, what's the traffic's source, what's the added value etc. So, your 10% might be awesome or it might be just ok. Surely, this is anonymous, but to clearly give an answer, we'ld need further info.
Anyway, 10% does not seem to be bad at all.
