I know what you mean. The best way to avoid drama us not to become a part if it, like through participating in gossip or taking sides. Think of it like when a girlfriend breaks up with a guy. You get in there, meaning well and slams him about how bad he was for her. The moment she goes back with him, she will tell him everything you said, and he will hate you and she will ignore you to keep him happy. Trust me it's not worth the energy.
