My startup just landed an investment and I found out last week I’m having a child. My co-founder is being very supportive, but I hate having to go through both things at the same time!

As someone with a (relatively) new child and other older ones, don't worry. The 9 months leading up to the birth is absolutely nothing compared to the following 18 years. Start preparing now.

There's always abortion. No, I'm just kidding. But, I think you can handle it. It seems like you have a good co-founder who will support you through this process; and other women have done it before while pregnant and/or raising children so just use that as motivation.

I hope you picked a good partner because I think that will make the difference between dreading this and making it through it. Note I didn't mention anything about it being easy.

My baby girl is due in 6 weeks. We haven't yet secured investment, we have the MVP live with a customer but no paying customers yet. We are running on fumes holding out for paying customers and investment. My cofounder now has full time job and I have part time job. Cofounder is supportive of my upcoming baby but it's a tough time all round. My wife wishes I had big salary stable job, but is starting to appreciate the flexibility. I am scared and excited every day.
