This is the most ungrateful post I have ever read. Like do you know how hard it is to land a customer? Who cares what a VC says anyway? Half of them are dumb as a box of rocks and wouldn't know a good decision if it was as simple as not touching a hot stove. Serve your customers and be grateful for them. Don't care what anyone says, laugh all the way to the bank.

I have a full-time job, but spend nearly 100% of company-time working on my startup. My startup was covered by Ad Age, which my boss receives. He was in a meeting when the article hit, so I went into his email and deleted it.

I am a sole non-technical female founder. I could be shitting rainbows and unicorns out my ass (which I do, daily) and investors still won’t touch me with a stick. I know for a fact if I were two dudes I’d be fully funded by now.

I am a woman CEO and hooked up with a guy the first night we met- he wants to join my company but I just can’t get over the way we met.

Have worked for 4 startups that all crashed and burned for unrelated reasons not having to do with me. I now consult for cash only, and I can’t imagine working as an employee again. I’m happier and richer. Am I alone?
