Launching imminently: some days feel like I can do anything, some days wake up literally petrified and end up sleeping during the day. I have to maintain momentum when it happens. Tips would be welcome.

Been there. Still am there sometimes.
Here's what I learned:
1) How to talk myself down from an amygdala hijack (aka the fight or flight reaction) - which can eat through my confidence like a lawn mower, when I let it.
2) Prioritize sleep. Brain function dives and emotional balance teeters when the brain is deprived of sleep. We think we're doing great things, but we're impaired. (tons of research).
3) Apply some sports psychology. There's a great book called Mentally Tough written by the sports psychologist that worked with players on the pro tennis circuit. It's zero touchy-feely, instead - data and process driven. Made a huge difference for me. It's out of print, but you can find it on Amazon.
4) Place your bet -- and take your hand off it. Meaning, be strategic, make a decision, act on it, see the results, make another decision, act on it… rinse & repeat. Nowhere in the process is there room for second-guessing yourself or losing your s&#t, because unmanaged fear brings bad results, and the single most important factor for a startups success is the mental state of its leader.
Hope some of this is helpful to you. Best of luck with your launch.
These are excellent, I really appreciate it. Will put into practice!
Happy to help.
Set expectations low. If not everything is received as planned, you'll be devastated. It's a marathon, not a sprint, as clichés will tell you.
You'll probably find things easier if you accept that you way you feel is 'how it is'... and work with it, rather than consider it some personal flaw (even though it may be).
Not everyone is the mister-frickin'-dynamo entrepreneurial stereotype, and too many needlessly beat-themselves-up by trying to become what they've read they ought to be.
So, work when you're up and don't try to force it when you're down. That should reduce the wasted time/effort you'd otherwise experience and help you to better use whatever time/energy you have.
Oh well. This IS A GOOD TIME
