Just shut down a service that I've poured my heart into for 4 years. I am sad. The weather is so beautiful outside. The sun is shining. People are laughing. Dogs are barking. Think I'll take a walk outside.

Now is the time for you to focus on outside hobbies and interests -- discover what makes you inspired, outside of work.

I shut down my startup - it was super depressing - but just get back into life right away - even getting a random job can help
