I’m closing my ecommerce business and there is $20k in debt to be paid. I should have shut it down two years ago but I thought I could turn things around. I still think I could but I don’t have the energy anymore. I no longer trust my own judgement.

Is it a dba? If so, Can you do a liquidation sale on the assets?

Thanks for the reply. It is an LLC. I will sell the assets but that will not eliminate all the debt.

I don't have a solution, but can offer 'comfort' for what it's worth.

It's entirely natural to lose energy and doubt your judgment. And very common among entrepreneurs.

It could be an early stage of burn-out - in which case you'll be wise to act accordingly and ease off before it really gets to you (which most of us don't become aware of until too late.)
