I should have fired my cofounder a long time ago. But I just did it now, and I feel amazing. If you have to even wonder if your cofounder is in it as much as you are, they aren’t, and you should run for the hills. They need to GO. NOW.

I think the person has learned they are not an entrepreneur, which I can't blame them for. One only knows until one tries. I should have not let it go on so long.

Good job. I had to fire my cofounder too. It was pretty early on but it was really tough. Afterward I felt amazing also. It feels good to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company you're building.
