You might not be cut out to be a CEO type if you think that someone will come in and just take over. You have to have a strong personality and confidence in your abilities as a leader to be a CEO.

I understand your fear, which may be heightened if you feel you haven't accomplished much professionally. Now hang with me this non-cheezy visualization exercise:
Picture you sitting down talking to the other cofounder, maybe arguing. Now watch as your goddamn spirit rises from your body, looms over the room to 10x your size, stretches out a hand, points your 2nd finger downward (in the same way you would to press a button) and wags it (like silently telling someone off). Your cofounder, who can't see your crazy spirit but feels something, suddenly pipes down and re-orients him/herself to accommodate your point of view. :)
