Talk to him. All founders need to be passionate.

Maybe he has grown to loathe you to the point where he can't make himself motivated in working on the company.

That's not going to change. There is no "motivational speech" you can give such people. Just dump him/her, learn from it, and find a better co-founder next time.

I have a full-time job, but spend nearly 100% of company-time working on my startup. My startup was covered by Ad Age, which my boss receives. He was in a meeting when the article hit, so I went into his email and deleted it.

I am a sole non-technical female founder. I could be shitting rainbows and unicorns out my ass (which I do, daily) and investors still won’t touch me with a stick. I know for a fact if I were two dudes I’d be fully funded by now.

I am a woman CEO and hooked up with a guy the first night we met- he wants to join my company but I just can’t get over the way we met.

Have worked for 4 startups that all crashed and burned for unrelated reasons not having to do with me. I now consult for cash only, and I can’t imagine working as an employee again. I’m happier and richer. Am I alone?
