I feel guilty about having a relatively easy time raising money. I seeded my own company with a fund that I share with my parents. Now, I’m close to finalizing my first series A. I know this is hard, and I feel guilty it was easy for me and not others.

Raising money isn't the end goal. You can have an easy time raising money and still fail, if either no one wants your product or if you fail to execute properly. I think entrepreneurs who have a tougher time raising money will be able to make their dollars stretch further and hence know how to build a lean business.

I think it's sweet. You shared that and are cognizant of your leg up over regular Joes like us that start from nothing in the dirt , eating ramen , with nothing but our will and superior intellect to drive us forward to success
I wish we had money for ramen... Shutting down in 3 weeks.
He just wants to share how wealthy and connected he is. I'm sure people who eat ramen everyday will not be successful.
Stop with the pity party. You are lucky / blessed.
If you really fell guilty do something about it and take that "fund with your parents" and invest in a company with potential that normally would not get access to capital
How did you do it?
