I am Fed-up with "build my app for exposure/free". Why the HK would I work for you for free when I cna work for Ubuntu/Firefox/Android/Chrome for free(great exposure and no equity) Bl*dy startups, every T**t thinks I'll now work for nought.

Only a shit, out of touch startup would ask for that. Don't worry, they won't get far, and their software is probably crap. You're not the only one who doesn't like to be taken advantage of.

I have a full-time job, but spend nearly 100% of company-time working on my startup. My startup was covered by Ad Age, which my boss receives. He was in a meeting when the article hit, so I went into his email and deleted it.

I am a sole non-technical female founder. I could be shitting rainbows and unicorns out my ass (which I do, daily) and investors still won’t touch me with a stick. I know for a fact if I were two dudes I’d be fully funded by now.

I am a woman CEO and hooked up with a guy the first night we met- he wants to join my company but I just can’t get over the way we met.

Have worked for 4 startups that all crashed and burned for unrelated reasons not having to do with me. I now consult for cash only, and I can’t imagine working as an employee again. I’m happier and richer. Am I alone?
