Creating a product for a company with 4 direct decision makers. Having so many folks in your ear is a nightmare, NEVER AGAIN. Now it is mandatory I interface with 1 decision maker on any project. And we take 25% down in case they change their minds.

Yea, it's difficult creating products like websites, mobile apps, etc. for other companies. You can never be sure that they will pay up when you complete the project and they usually don't have a clear idea of what they want or they assume that a difficult task is an easy one so they expect you to complete it faster than you can or cheaper than you should.

At the begining of the nego for a contract, you should ask "who will be my interlocutor" and only interact with it via email, call, etc.

He is the wall between you and his team/their client/etc.
