Our core value we created for the past 2 years is slowly being eaten away by competitors and large companies that are difficult to work with. Here’s hoping the next pivot works, or we stick a fork in it.

Good luck. Even large companies like Apple have to keep innovating or else watch their market share shrink as competitors like Samsung sell more phones and other devices. As long as you're in business, there's never a point where you can stop worrying about the competition.

That's why you gotta follow the rule of ABI - "Always be iterating"

You can always look for a different, more niche customer segment too...

If large companies are outmaneuvering you, I think something has gone terribly wrong.

OP here: Thanks for the feedback. Competitors aren't outmaneuvering us, we're actually a leader. But we are dependent on some large organizations/oligopolies for some parts of the business, and they aren't cooperating. So, agreed, we're looking at some adjacent underserved markets where we're hearing demand. Here's hoping.

run your analytics and see what the data is telling you. pivot in that direction. if a huge consumer base is coming from Australia then market your product to Australia. Divide and conquer and then pivot to the next area. Keep this going till you divided and conquered the world. =P
