I was coding for a startup whose CEO cannot make decisions, the CTO doesn't know the difference between front-end and back-end and the VP of Sales sells not-existing products. I resigned today. I wonder how such clowns can raise money.

So go start your own startup and raise money. Nothing stopping you.

If you think you are better than the CEO & CTO, then go for it.

OP here: The CEO went to school with the millionaire who funded the company, the CTO is his best friend. They play startup.

I have a full-time job, but spend nearly 100% of company-time working on my startup. My startup was covered by Ad Age, which my boss receives. He was in a meeting when the article hit, so I went into his email and deleted it.

Have worked for 4 startups that all crashed and burned for unrelated reasons not having to do with me. I now consult for cash only, and I can’t imagine working as an employee again. I’m happier and richer. Am I alone?
