Yeah, that sucks. Enjoy being an employee for a bit - stability can be nice. I have a feeling you won't be out of the game long.

Your timeframe coincides with the onset of the startup hype. Are you observing more people doing this right now, i.e., is this a trend? Just curious.

I agree, going back to work full-time for someone else sucks. Hang in there! Hopefully it's temporary and you will be your own boss again.

enjoy the free food, normal hours, paid vacation and perks. the aeron chairs, standing desks, and shiny happy people.

Ive always thought that if I went back to employment, I would be the most productive employee ever! and I wouldnt hang my head in shame, I would be proud of the fact that I failed. I would have closure, and year,I would be very humble and hold huge respect for the founders of the company i get to work for as well!
